Privacy Policy for Squat!
Fueld ("we", "our", or "us") provides the Squat! mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
Information We Collect
Squat! is designed to work with minimal personal data. The app may handle the following information:
- Workout and squat records: squat counts, set history, dates, targets, and related app settings are stored on your device.
- Health data: if you enable Apple Health integration, the app may write workout information to Apple Health using HealthKit. We do not send your HealthKit data to our server.
- Invite code validation: when you enter an invite code, the app sends the invite code, app version, locale, and device OS version to our server to verify and activate the code.
- Feedback: if you choose to send feedback from the app, we receive the rating, message, app version, locale, and device OS version.
- Purchase information: lifetime unlock purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
How We Use Information
We use information only to provide and improve the app, including to:
- record and display your squat activity;
- write workouts to Apple Health when you allow it;
- validate invite codes and prevent reuse of activated codes;
- process purchase unlock and restore purchase status through Apple;
- respond to feedback and improve app quality.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or tracking technologies in Squat!.
Some services are provided by platform or infrastructure providers, including Apple for App Store purchases and Apple Health, and our hosting provider for invite-code validation and feedback submission.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Squat! uses local notification settings on your device to remind you to move or squat. Notification preferences are stored on your device.
Children
Squat! is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data Retention
Activity records and settings stored on your device remain there until you delete them or uninstall the app. Server-side invite-code and feedback records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for app operation, support, abuse prevention, and maintenance.
Your Choices
- You can disable Apple Health access in iOS Settings or in the Health app.
- You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
- You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device.

Squat! プライバシーポリシー
Fueld（以下「当方」）は、モバイルアプリ「Squat!」を提供しています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリが取り扱う情報とその利用目的について説明します。
取得または取り扱う情報
Squat! は、個人情報の取り扱いをできるだけ少なくする設計です。本アプリでは、以下の情報を取り扱う場合があります。
- スクワット記録: スクワット回数、セット履歴、日付、目標回数、関連する設定は端末内に保存されます。
- ヘルスケアデータ: Appleヘルスケア連携を有効にした場合、HealthKitを通じてワークアウト情報を書き込むことがあります。HealthKitデータを当方サーバーへ送信することはありません。
- 招待コード確認: 招待コード入力時、コードの確認と有効化のため、招待コード、アプリバージョン、ロケール、端末OSバージョンを当方サーバーへ送信します。
- フィードバック: アプリ内からフィードバックを送信した場合、評価、メッセージ、アプリバージョン、ロケール、端末OSバージョンを受信します。
- 購入情報: 買い切り購入はAppleのStoreKitを通じて処理されます。当方がクレジットカード情報を受信または保存することはありません。
利用目的
取得または取り扱う情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
- スクワット記録の保存および表示;
- ユーザーが許可した場合のAppleヘルスケアへのワークアウト記録;
- 招待コードの確認、有効化、再利用防止;
- Appleを通じた購入解除および購入復元;
- フィードバックへの対応およびアプリ品質の改善。
第三者提供・トラッキング
当方は、個人情報を販売しません。Squat! では、第三者広告SDKやトラッキング技術を使用していません。
App Storeでの購入やAppleヘルスケアはAppleにより提供されます。また、招待コード確認およびフィードバック送信には当方のホスティング環境を利用します。
通知
通知を有効にした場合、本アプリは端末内の通知設定を使用して、運動やスクワットのリマインダーを表示します。通知設定は端末内に保存されます。
子どものプライバシー
Squat! は13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。当方は、13歳未満の子どもから knowingly に個人情報を収集しません。
保存期間
端末内に保存される活動記録や設定は、ユーザーが削除するかアプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に残ります。サーバー側の招待コードおよびフィードバック記録は、アプリ運用、サポート、不正利用防止、保守に合理的に必要な期間のみ保存します。
ユーザーの選択
- Appleヘルスケアへのアクセスは、iOS設定またはヘルスケアアプリから無効にできます。
- 通知は、iOS設定から無効にできます。
- アプリを削除することで、端末内のローカルデータを削除できます。
